Conquer Self-Doubt
...by taking action
Have you ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move? Maybe self-doubt has whispered, “You’re not ready” or “What if you fail?” I’ve been there. That’s why I created GRIP—a simple, actionable framework to help you overcome self-doubt and take charge of your goals, whether in Jiu-Jitsu, entrepreneurship, or life.
What is GRIP?
GRIP is a 4-step framework designed to align your actions with your purpose. It’s about conquering hesitation and building momentum, one decision at a time.
G – Goals:
Start with clarity. Define what you’re working toward and why it matters.Example: In Jiu-Jitsu, it might be earning your next stripe. In business, it could be landing your first client.
R – Routes:
Map out the steps to achieve your goal. Break it into small, actionable tasks.Example: Instead of focusing on “getting better,” plan specific drills or techniques to work on in each session.
I – Impact:
Identify actions with the highest return on effort. Prioritize what matters most.Example: Spending 20 minutes refining your pitch for gym owners could lead to multiple new clients.
P – Performance:
Take action and evaluate your results. Learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.Example: Reflect on what worked this week—then double down on it.
Why GRIP Works
GRIP transforms overwhelming goals into manageable steps, giving you the confidence to act even when you don’t feel ready. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress.
How to Use GRIP Today
Write down one goal you want to achieve this week.
Break it into 3 small steps.
Commit to taking action on the first step—right now.
